Terms and conditions

These terms cover the monitoring and alert service Imperium Hub provides on your existing cameras, including the 7-day pilot. Plain language on purpose: where a clause limits what we do, it says so.

What the service is, and is not

Imperium Hub watches the camera feeds you give us access to and notifies the contacts you name when an operator sees theft, trespass or something out of place on your site. That is the whole of the service: watching, confirming, and telling you.

We have no authority to call police, fire or ambulance on your behalf, and we will not do so. We do not attend your site or speak to anyone on it, and nobody from Imperium Hub will ever be dispatched to your property. Deciding what to do with an alert — including whether to call the emergency services or send a staff member — is yours alone.

We are a monitoring and alert service, not a licensed response provider, and nothing in these terms should be read as a promise to intervene, prevent a loss or attend an incident.
2

Camera access and what you give us

You give us view-only access to the cameras or recorder you want watched, and you confirm you have the right to do so. We connect to your existing equipment — Hikvision, Dahua, Axis or any IP camera — and we do not install, own, service or take responsibility for that equipment, its internet connection or its recordings.

Coverage is limited to what your cameras can actually see. Where a camera is misaimed, obstructed, out of focus or dark, we will say so in the log and in the weekly report; correcting it is your side of the arrangement, or your installer's.

3

Alerts, contact lists and target times

Every alert goes to you or your own personnel — you, a manager, or a staff member on the site — and to nobody else. You give us a contact list with names, numbers, email addresses and the order to work through them, and you keep it current. We call, text and email that list, with a clip attached, and we log the attempt whether or not anyone answers. If nobody answers we keep working down the list and note the outcome.

Target alert time
12 hours a day — the overnight watch
5–10 minutes
24 hours a day — 24/7 dedicated
5–10 minutes

These are targets measured from the moment an operator confirms an event, and they are what we hold ourselves to in the weekly report. They are not a guarantee, and they are not a service credit scheme.

Fees, billing and cancellation

Billing cycle
In advance, in US dollars, plus applicable tax. Monthly, unless you are on a pilot or have prepaid a longer term.
Cancellation
By text or email, no notice period. Monitoring stops at the end of the period you have paid for.
$49 setup, then no hidden charges
One setup fee of $49, charged once per site at the start and never again. It covers the onboarding call, camera and NVR integration, your escalation contact list, zone setup, test alerts and the operator briefing pack. After that the monthly plan price is the whole of what you pay: nothing for hardware or installation, nothing per alert, per clip or per call-out, and no cancellation fee.
Camera count changes
The plan price is set by the band your camera count falls into, not by the cameras themselves, so adding cameras inside your band costs nothing more. Crossing into the next band moves you to that band's price from the start of the following month. There is no camera minimum.
Price changes
30 days' written notice. You may cancel within that window without penalty.

Plans are monthly. Three months paid up front is 10% off the monthly rate, twelve months is 20% off, and each additional site on the same account is 15% off that site's rate. The $49 setup fee is charged per site and is not discounted. A pilot is paid up front for the nights booked, and credits in full against your first month if you start a plan within fourteen days of it ending.

Cover is always paid for in advance, so there are no invoices to fall behind on and no arrears to chase. Cover runs to the end of the period you have paid for and no further: if the next period is not paid, monitoring ends when the paid period does. We will tell your named contacts in writing before that happens, and again on the day it does. Cancelling ends the next period rather than the one you are in: we will stop watching sooner if you ask, but what you have already paid for is not refunded.

5

Clips, logs and your data

The video stays yours. Clips we export and the written logs we produce are held in secure cloud storage for 30 days by default, then deleted; you can ask for a longer retention in writing. On request we hand over everything we hold for your site within five business days.

We do not sell your footage, use it for marketing, or train anything on it. Operators see only the sites assigned to them, and access is logged.

6

Recording, privacy and people on site

Your cameras and your signage remain your responsibility, including notifying staff and visitors that the site is recorded and monitored. You confirm the cameras do not cover areas where recording is not permitted, such as washrooms or a neighbour's property.

If we are asked for footage by police or a court, we tell you first unless the law forbids it, and we release only what is legally required.

7

Limits of liability

Imperium Hub is a Pakistan-registered company. We are not your insurer, and this service is not insurance. Monitoring does not replace any cover you carry on your site, your stock or your vehicles.

We are responsible for watching and notifying as described in these terms. We are not responsible for a theft, break-in or damage itself, for what your contacts do or do not do with an alert, or for a loss that occurs outside what your cameras can see.

Where we are found liable, our total liability is capped at the monitoring fees you paid in the three months before the event. Neither side is liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or business interruption.

8

Interruptions and outages

Our floor runs on dual fibre lines with generator backup, and we monitor our own connectivity. If we lose sight of your cameras for more than ten minutes, we notify your first contact and record the gap in the log.

We cannot watch what we cannot reach: your internet, power, recorder or camera failures interrupt the service, and so do events outside either party's control. Sustained outages on our side are credited pro-rata on the next invoice.

9

Reseller partners

Installers and integrators who bundle our monitoring earn a commission of 20% of the monthly fee for that site, paid monthly for a maximum of three consecutive months starting with the first month it is monitored. Nothing is payable after the third month. Commission is paid on collected revenue, not on invoices raised.

We do not approach your client direct, and we work under your brand where you ask us to. A separate partner agreement sets out territory, pricing and the referral register.

10

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we email your named contacts 30 days before the change takes effect, with the old and new wording side by side. If a change does not suit you, cancel within those 30 days and nothing further is owed. The version and effective date at the top of this page always show what is current.

11

Notices and disputes

Notices to us go to contact@imperiumhub.net or the Lahore address below; notices to you go to the contacts on your account. Text messages count for cancelling and for day-to-day instructions, not for legal notices.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Lahore have jurisdiction. Before either side files anything, we will spend 15 days trying to sort it out on a call with the log in front of us.

Questions before you sign anything

Ask us to walk through any clause on a call. We would rather explain the limits now than have you discover them at 2 am.
